Free Application for Federal Student Aid

Students can begin filing the FAFSA on October 1st!

Students planning to pursue higher education in the 2020-2021 school year can begin the process of filing their Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA on October 1, 2019.  The FAFSA is the key entry document to federal student financial assistance programs including grants, loans and work study monies.  Please note that many colleges, universities and scholarship programs will also require the FAFSA to determine eligibility for student financial assistance.  The 2020-2021 FAFSA will require student and parent/guardian financial and federal income tax documentation from the 2018 tax year.

Students can apply for the FAFSA at fafsa.ed.gov.  Please note that an FSA ID is required to complete the process.  Students and their parents/guardians can obtain an FSA ID at fsaid.ed.gov.  Please contact Mr. Gottula for assistance.
