Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Education Foundation
The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Education Foundation was incorporated in December of 1989. There are now
nearly 150 Lifetime Members in the foundation. The Primary purpose of the Foundation is to
provide scholarships to deserving students to further their education at community colleges, four
year colleges, or professional schools. The foundation further envisions providing additional
teacher education through workshops and in-services to improve educational
opportunities for students.
The foundation joined the City of Laurel and Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Board of Education
in joint projects including a school/public library and athletic complex. The foundation continues to
explore other ways to improve the opportunities for the students of Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School.
