Mr. Harrington has been teaching at LCC as a shop teacher for 7 years, but has a total of 13 years of experience. He attended college at Midland University, Southeast Community College, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In his free time, Mr. Harrington likes to hang out with his family and friends, golf, and do small construction and woodworking projects. Some activities he enjoys are watching and playing sports, landscaping and yard work, and building projects. Mr. Harrington’s favorite color is either black or green, and his favorite food is any type of rice bowl. A fun fact about him is that he played college football for 4 years. Mr. Harrington enjoys teaching because he gets to see students complete building projects that they might not have had the confidence to do on their own. Mr. Harrington is also the Skills USA sponsor, football coach, and boys golf coach.
