Ms. Claussen is the new agricultural teacher at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge High School. This is her first year at LCC and her 4th year teaching. She grew up in Wayne, Nebraska. She went to South Dakota State University.
What she enjoys most about teaching is making sure that everyone knows where their food comes from. She likes to read books, work on her family’s farm, and spend time with her family and friends. Now on to the fun facts, her team won a softball state championship when she was in high school, and she also umpires softball. Her favorite color is turquoise, and her favorite food is grilled steak.
