
This week at the middle school we are celebrating Red Ribbon Week. The Red Ribbon Campaign is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in the nation. This year's theme is BE KIND TO YOUR MIND, LIVE DRUG FREE. Monday's theme is: JERSEY DAY. Come in your favorite jersey!


Our LCC Middle School enjoyed a day of giving as our students and staff went around the community of Coleridge and participated in our school's Community Outreach Project. Our middle school pitched in raking leaves, pulling weeds, and other clean-up projects around Coleridge.









John Baylor Live! John Baylor will be visiting with LCC High School Students and Parents on Monday, October 30.
Family Engagement Night will be held in the High School Commons area starting at 6:00 p.m. Food will be provided.


LCC High School Students gave back to the Community by helping clean up around town. Students then returned to school for class competitions to celebrate the end to a successful quarter.











The Middle School will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week next week from October 30-November 3. Our students will celebrate being drug-free each day with a different theme. Join us in our mission to help keep kids drug-free!


Thank you to Mr. Randy Dunn for coming to our middle school today and showing and sharing artifacts from the Civil War period, discussing how homesteaders survived during the 1800s, and bringing a piece of history alive for our students and staff!





Congratulations to Mrs. Van Meter and our 7th and 8th Grade Quiz Bowl teams on their outstanding performances at the JH Quiz Bowl competition today. Our 7th graders claimed runner-up honors and our 8th grade team earned championship honors in their divisions. Great job everyone!

LCC High School Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26. Teachers will be available in their classrooms for conferences. Please enter through the High School Entrance to pick up your students’ information. The commons area will feature organizations, clubs and current work of the students.


Cross country concluded their season at the state meet held in Kearney on Friday. All of the runners competed extremely hard against great competition in very difficult conditions. Congratulations on a great season runners and coaches! Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed!

Some of our JH choir students went to Park View Haven in Coleridge to entertain residents with a concert.

The LCC "Bear" Marching Band traveled to the Meridian Bridge on Saturday, October 14th. The band gave a great performance for the judges. Awesome job LCC Bears. 👏 👍 🙌
