WSC Middle School Music Festival will be held on Wednesday, March 12 on the campus of Wayne State College. Here is an up-to-date schedule of when various students will be performing that day.


5th/6th Grade Honor Band Rescheduled
The 5th/6th Grade Honor Band event has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 13th and will operate with the same schedule that was previously planned as far as rehearsal and concert times. For more information, please contact Mrs. Beyeler.


Pops Concert Info for Middle School Students
On Tuesday, March 11, the JH Band and 6th -8th grade Choir students will be participating in the Pops Concert with the high school choir and band. Please see the information below for appropriate attire and when to arrive that night.


Due to severe weather forecasts, LCC School will dismiss early at 1:10 PM, tomorrow, Tuesday, March 4th. There will be no Afternoon Preschool classes tomorrow.
Forecasts predict dangerous winds up to 70 mph, snow, and a flash freeze, making travel conditions hazardous later in the afternoon. Please plan for safe transportation home.
We will continue to monitor the weather and provide updates as needed.

5th/6th Grade Honor Band Postponed
Due to the projected winter weather Tuesday afternoon/evening, the 5th/6th Grade Honor Band/Concert has been postponed. Music directors are working on a possible reschedule date for the event.

Bear Day 2025 was held on Wednesday, February 26. LCC High School students explored a wide variety of hands-on learning opportunities from community members. Students chose what they were interested in from the 19 different sessions available. 📸 PreK-8th Grade Class Composite Picture Day – Monday, February 24th! 📸
Attention LCC Elementary & LCC Middle School families! Class composite pictures for Preschool through 8th grade will be taken on Monday, February 24th.
Here’s what you need to know:
✔ Students who ordered pictures last fall will receive their class composite photo in a keepsake booklet.
✔ Students who did NOT order pictures last fall will receive a proof booklet with a watermarked class photo. If you’d like to order, instructions will be included to guide you through the online ordering process.
